Viewing your previous orders on store.demmelearning.com

Where can I see my previous orders?

1. Use the Sign in button in the upper right to sign into to your store.demmelearning.com account using your email address and password.

2. Once you’ve signed in, you should be directed to your account dashboard. If you are not directed to your account dashboard, click on “My Account” in the upper right.

3. In the left navigation, click on “Orders”.

4. Here you will find orders you have placed. Any orders placed prior to July 26, 2023, will show the note “Archived Order: Date- mm/dd/yyyy”.

My previous orders all have the same date on them. How can I see when I originally placed that order?

Due to technical limitations, previously placed orders will show the date which they were uploaded into our new store system. 

You can see when the original order was placed by looking at the note on each order that says “Archived Order: Date mm/dd/yyyy”.

My previous order included a Digital Downloadable product. How can I access it?

You still have access to your downloadable products. To access and download your files you can do so in your account dashboard. 

Access your Digital Downloadable products in your Account Dashboard on store.demmelearning.com

1. Use the Sign in button in the upper right to log in to your account using your email address and password.

2. After you’ve signed in, you should be directed to your account dashboard. If not click on the “My Account” in the upper right.

3. Click on Orders on the left navigation.

4. Choose the order that contains your digital downloadable products. You can also search for a specific product within your orders using the search bar.

5. Click on the Order Details button.

6. Scroll to the bottom of your order and look for the “Download Your Digital Files” box.

7. Click on each of the links and download the PDF to your computer. You can only click the link 6 times regardless of where you access the link.

Repeat step these steps for each digital product purchased. Each item will be at its own link, including items bought as part of a set or bundle.
